The Cowbridge Physic Garden Trust (CPGT) have recreated a physic garden in Cowbridge, on the site of an area that was once part of Old Hall, the home of the Edmondes family from the eighteenth to the twentieth century.

We offer customers high quality, seasonal food to buy from the shop or to eat in our restaurant in a beautiful setting overlooking the Thaw valley. Produce comes from our own farm on Penllyn Estate and from many local, Welsh suppliers.
