The Forage Pumpkin Patch is back for its 5th year but this time in a brand new location next to the farm shop itself! With 30 varieties planted for customers to pick, this year's event promises to outshine its predecessors, offering a bigger and more delightful autumnal experience for all attendees.
Scheduled across four weekends in October, along with weekdays during half term from 25th–31st October – Forage's PYO Pumpkins at Penllyn Estate Farm guarantees an array of engaging activities and boundless fun for families. Immerse yourselves in whacky pumpkin patches, enjoy interactive tractor rides, conquer the engaging maize maze, climb the hay bale tower, visit Cauldron Cottage, meet our friendly Halloween characters and befriend the adorable piglets and alpacas. Daytime tickets are priced at £9.00 per car granting you access to the site to explore and delight in the activities on offer.
For those seeking extra excitement, engage in villain-splatting escapades with pumpkin catapults, join in our pumpkin games or transform into a character of your choice with the expertise of our skilled face painters.
And for the adventurous souls seeking a spooky thrill, the pumpkin patch will extend its opening hours in to the evening for an eerie twilight picking experience priced at £6.00 per person.
Indulge your taste buds with delectable food and beverages, featuring beef burgers and hot dogs using produce from Penllyn Estate to equally delicious veggie options. The Forage Away hut will be serving a range of drinks inclusive of cult favourite, Coaltown Coffee, alongside an assortment of delectable bites, both big and small, to keep hunger at bay.
